Vacation Tip

If at all possible…
If you are blessed enough to be able to get away on a short vacation…
If the stars align and you can choose which week you go…
For the love of Moses, do not choose the week right before school starts!
It’s too much chaos and disruption! They need some space to transition back into their ‘school mindset.’ Give yourself a little extra time to re-establish routines like bedtime and nightly showers before the stress of a new school year begins.
Our kids can do lots of things if we keep in mind that they need time and space to handle transitions. Plan around it, my friends.
