Triathalon?

Okay, not exactly, but the boys did swim, bike and run all after school. Framing the activity as a triathlon may be motivating for more verbal kids, but Mikey just liked these activities.

The first week of school is a great time for outdoor activities. The homework load is still very light, and the weather is great.
The journal helped Mikey build a sense of self as an active person. We have relied on that because the teen years have brought some weight gain and to keep him healthy, we try to get as much physical activity as possible.
This day definitely checked the activity box!
