Too Small

Happy Earth Day! Often when Earth Day rolls around, I feel like I am too small to be making a big difference. We recycle and reuse. We donate or sell items when we no longer need them. We use refillable soap dispensers and try to use rags instead of paper towels when possible…but there is still so much waste.
Here is a post on some ways we have honored Earth Day in the past.
This Year
This year, since Earth Day falls on a Wednesday, I am looking to the Dalai Lama for wisdom and encouragement.

In my own small ways, I will keep trying to make choices that leave the world a better place for my kids and for generations to come. And, like the mosquito, despite my small stature, I will strive to be impactful. Wink.
