The World Series

mets logo, World Series 2015 logo, Mikey smiling in front of the TV and two photos of the action on the tv

This was Mikey’s introduction to baseball.  As with every other sport he has seen, he loved it and a fan was born!

journal entry: " I don't usually watch baseball, but I'll root for the mets!"photo of mets fans, photo of the game on TV, photo of Mikey watching TV, mets logo and World Series logo

Journal Note:

I helped Mike phrase his journal entry so his friends would understand that he didn’t know too much about baseball. Since then, Mikey has watched bits and pieces of many baseball games, and he has gone to Citi Field a few times too! I still have no idea how much he understands baseball.

I don’t think it matters too much as long as he is having fun!
