The Trick

Our Wednesday Wisdom comes to us from Kierkegaard, a Danish theologian.

We gain so much wisdom as we go through the experience of life. With each struggle, we become stronger and more capable. So, it seems to me that the trick to truly helping each other is to share our experiences.
Each day, I share a blog post to help parents starting out on their journey loving and raising their special needs kids. I hope that sharing my experiences through my rearview mirror will provide greater clarity as you navigate your own road.
And on the days when I have no wisdom to offer, I’ll try to give you a laugh or at least reassurance that you’re not alone on this journey. There are so many moms and dads who are walking similar roads. I know it can be lonely but remember that we’re out here and we’re rooting for you!
