The Day After

fall trees in the background with the words: Teachers, Our thoughts are with you. Good luck today, Parents
We appreciate our children's teachers, maybe today more than any other day!

Our Wednesday Wisdom today comes from the Clever Classroom Facebook page…

graphic: And now, a moment of silence to honor the brave men and women who have to teach the day after Halloween.
May the odds be forever in their favor.

Seriously, we need this as a holiday far more than Election Day. Our kids can come with us to vote, or not, even if they go to school that day.

When I was a teacher, we took it easy in my classroom the day after Halloween. We just came down slowly from the massive sugar high and tried not to crash all the way into full-on nap time.

Thoughts and prayers to all the teachers who are making it through today with our kids! It’s gonna be a long day for them!
