Thanksgiving Recovery Walk

The eating has been epic.  The family has devoured their Thanksgiving Feast and Mikey has had his Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Feast.  We have slept it off and now it is time for the recovery walk.

We head to a local park, even if we must go in our pajamas. We make it happen because we’re full to the brim and we can barely move…and that’s when we need movement the most.

It also tends to be a very quiet day at the park, which is right up our alley.  We like natural environments that are not crowded and so very quiet. Sounds pretty great! Right?
