Summer

In all the craziness, remember to celebrate the simple beauty of the season. Summer is the perfect time to remember your own innocence and engage in the simple opportunities summer provides.

More sunlight and longer days are the free treats of the season. Can you use the greater number of daylight hours to add an after-dinner walk to your daily routine? It’s health-promoting and rejuvenating. It also allows your verbal kids time to chat with you as the family is happily occupied, taking in the neighborhood sights and sounds. If not, no pressure. As always, use what you can and leave what doesn’t serve you.
Happy Summer, Friends!
