Subway

Subway logo and sticker of a subway sandwich, two photos of Mikey sitting in subway.

When we were in a jam and schedules got tight, I would sometimes take the kids to Subway.  Mikey wouldn’t eat a subway sandwich, but if I ordered a ham and cheese completely pain – he’d eat all of the ingredients separately.  I needed to take the meat and cheese off the bun and separate out the meat from the cheese, but at least he had a quick, easy dinner.

journal entry: "Last night, I had a laughing fit at Subway" Two photos of Mikey laughing at the table at subway.
Too funny, Mikey!

Was the dinner the highlight of the journal? Nope – it was the laughing fit for sure!  What a happy memory!
