Stay in the Moment

As your years of parenting tick by, you will make some mistakes. If you continue to beat yourself up over the missteps you have made, then you’re adding to your burden. Pile on your worries over the future and you’ll paralyze yourself.

Set down the regret over the past and the worries over the future. Be present in the moment and do the best you can with what you have learned. If you do that, day after day, you’ll be a better parent today and better still each day in the future.
Namaste, translates to “the peace in my soul recognizes (or bows to) the peace in your soul.” Namaste, my friends.
