I’ll admit, this photo of baby Mikey in a frog costume has nothing to do with spring peepers…but it’s so cute! I had to share it! Plus, the photo from this journal entry is sincerely awful.

journal entry from March 11: “We had a tiny frogs all over our windows! The spring peepers are out!

Spring peepers are tiny frogs that signal the coming of spring in the northeast. They jump up onto our windows so we can see their little bellies, and they make a cute little peeping sound. There are so many of them that the peeping fills our backyard during the whole season. As nature lovers, we think spring peepers are very cool!
