Snacking

I know that it can be frustrating when our kids eat a very small variety of foods and most of them are processed. I often felt judged by others about how Michael eats, especially as he started to gain weight during puberty.
But, here’s the thing.

So, we really can’t solve this issue completely. This is just how our kids tend to eat.
One Benefit
You can stock up on these favorites! If you can keep them hidden, locked away if needed, so that you always have snacks on hand and your child does not have access to unlimited food which might lead them to overeat.
This can help make Mondays less manic by easing your mind that you always have things to fill their lunchbox, make a quick dinner or pack a snack for an afterschool activity or a road trip.
Anything you can do to make your life easier, go for it!
