Sky Zone

Sky Zone, We loved you so!

This was our family taking advantage of Sky Zone’s Sensory Sunday program.  They opened a bit early on Sundays with no music playing for kids with sensory sensitivities. We loved it!  It was quiet and sometimes we practically had the place to ourselves.

journal entry for Monday, September 15. 'Yesterday, I went to sky zone!' actual ticket stuck to the page and a photo of the exterior of sky zone.
I forgot to take photos until we were getting in the car to go home, so I snapped a picture of the sign on the side of the building.

Jumping on a trampoline is insanely good exercise! It burns a ton of calories and increases cardiovascular fitness without heavy strain on the joints. We tried to go every week when there was one near us.  Then we got a backyard trampoline and an individual indoor trampoline for home.  We were jumping like crazy!
