Shameless Plug

6 stylized photos on a white background of mikey jumping and playing in the pool.

This journal entry is the result of my shameless, constant attempts to remind Michael that he LOVES to move. Exercise is fun for him! As we get older, we tend to forget how fun it is to run and dance and play. In helping Michael craft this sentence, I framed him playing in the pool as a ‘super fun pool workout!’

journal entry: “i did a super fun pool workout!” 9 photos of mikey jumping, swimming, running, bouncing and splashing. in every photo, he is smiling

If you’re still skeptical, the next time you have a free minute, put on a dance song that was popular when you were in middle school and just go nuts. I promise you will feel happy and free…and who doesn’t want that!
