Serpent Slide

I should clarify…the slide you see on the front of this picture is called the Leap of Faith. Neither Michael nor I participated in this heart-stopping slide. It wasn’t safe for Mikey because I couldn’t be sure that he would stay laying straight with his arms crossed for the whole time. It was perfectly safe for me, but alas, I am a giant chicken.
Mikey loved the slower Serpent Slide that weaves through the Mayan Temple, at a slow-enough pace so you can see the sea life in tanks around you as you go…waterslide plus aquarium tanks equals awesome!!! If you’re not into rides, drops, spins or anything remotely scary…this slide is approved by a fellow scaredy-cat. I can assure you it is fun and not scary at all.

I love that Will added a footnote to the journal entry to tell the kids what kind of sharks were in the tank. Teamwork makes the dream work! LOL
