Pez Wreath

Mikey looking out over the Pez Visitor Center with a peaceful smile on his face.
A peaceful holiday outing left some energy in the tank for a craft when we got home.

After our fun day at the Pez Visitor Center, we still had some energy left in the tank.  Maybe because we fueled up on Pez!

journal entry part 2. 'Then we decorated our Christmas wreath with PEZ. Photo of Mikey at the Pez visitor center looking peaceful and a photo of our front door wreath decorated with pinecones, Pez dispensers and a red bow.
Yes, Christmas is over. Yes, this wreath will probably only last another week, but if the kids don’t care, I don’t either. We’ll just save the pez dispensers for next year’s wreath.

Inspired by a Christmas tree with Pez dispenser ornaments, we decided to use twist ties to attach every one of our holiday Pez Dispensers to our front door wreath (we may have had a grand total of six). Another little reminder from our family: don’t take it all too seriously.  If the kids are happy with the front door wreath, that’s good enough. Having your home featured in Cottage and Garden probably wasn’t in the cards anyway. Wink.
