Perfection

stylized photos of Mikey playing perfection, calmly.
Perfection is over-rated. Go for fun instead.

This title should really be Perfection with Modification. Perfection has a timer, and it also has a start/stop switch. Mikey used to put in all the pieces in, set the timer and start it.  For those following along at home, this is not the typical way people play perfection.  The idea is to set the timer and race to put in all the pieces before it pops.

journal entry. "Perfection is so fun!" four photos of mikey playing perfection and an action shot of all the pieces popping up.
Perfection is so much less stressful this way…go, Mikey!

This is another example of how Mikey does things differently. And, as usual, he is on to something with this method.  First, it is far more relaxing.  Second, you still get the fun of seeing all the pieces pop!

If your child can’t do something exactly the way other people do it, think outside the box. There’s tons of fun to be had outside that box!
