Pajama Day

Oh look, a school spirit day that needed no preparation! Thank goodness!

kids handwriting '"I'm so excited for pajama day! it will be cozy fun!"
This may represent the pinnacle of Mikey’s handwriting. As he has gotten older, he isn’t as patient and his writing is messier.

I have a confession to make. As Mikey got older, I did make him get up, do his regular morning routine, and put on fresh pajamas for his school day. It was just easier to keep him in his routine of getting ready for school in the morning.

At this age though, I just had him roll out of bed and head to school…it was a beautiful thing!

Mikey folded over forward, asleep on the couch with his communication iPad on his strap.
This may have been a different pajama day, but you get the idea.
