One Last Adventure

I never did a big field trip the day before school started. I wanted the kids to be a tiny bit bored at home, get to bed early and be ready to start their new school year fresh and rested.
But this was the day before the day before the first day of school, so we squeezed in one last adventure with buddies. We drove from CT to PA for the day to take on Sesame Place!
Will was too old to be excited about Sesame Place, but he loved the friends we were meeting there. And, he is the biggest amusement park fan of all time so he didn’t want to leave his childhood behind without having experienced every single one. It was a fun day for everyone.

There were water slides, familiar characters, rides, and delicious snacks. There was sunshine, joy and friendship. It was a great last summer adventure!
