Never Postpone Joy!

My mom’s name was Barbara and her friends called her Babs. Her life motto was Never Postpone Joy! She worked hard all her life and accomplished a lot, but she never missed a chance to laugh, play or be silly. She squeezed every moment out of the life she was given and she is an inspiration to me every day.

Her grandkids called her Mimi. One day, she and Michael were in the backyard playing with the hose and I have never heard such hysterical laughter. The two of them had a blast! They were laughing so hard, my mom couldn’t catch her breath…I can still hear it when I look at these pictures. The joy is infectious!

Find some time to be silly today. Go for it! You will not regret it.
