A while back, I shared what I think of as one of my biggest parenting mistakes…allowing Mikey access to YouTube. You may have read this original post.
Mikey’s journal entry today shows how YouTube took over and pushed out other interactive learning activities. It took over his life.
Some of our parenting wisdom must be learned the hard way. I went down the YouTube rabbit hole with my buddy, and I’ve come back to that spot on the parenting highway with my giant caution flag to furiously wave you to the exit before the same thing happens to you.
