Jump it Out

Getting out physical energy is very important for mental health. With Mikey, we still call it ‘getting out your wiggles.’

Think of yourself. Maybe it has been a long work week and you’ve been at a desk a lot. You haven’t gotten much exercise and your body starts to feel a little twitchy. Your leg is bouncing under the desk, you’re fidgeting with your pen. Maybe you need some exercise.
Our kids can’t tell us when they feel this way. It’s better to schedule in many opportunites for proactive ‘getting out their wiggles.’ They’ll be happier and they’ll sleep better too!
