I Love My Dad

#1 DAD ribbon on the left, Mikey leaning in and smiling into Dave's smiling face.

Mikey loves to put his face right in front of Dave’s and grin at him.  Even long before Mikey could say, “I love you,” we could all see how much he adored Dave.  The two of them love to be silly together and they crack each other up!

journal entry from April 25, current, photo of Dave and Mikey smiling together on the couch. Mikey wrote, "I love my dad."

If your child can’t show their affection yet, know that I keep you in my prayers.  Your child adores you! Keep modeling love and affection. Keep caring for them in your kind, gentle way.  They are benefitting every day; they can feel your love and you are modeling how to interact with the world.  You’re doing a great job!
