So, whenever I was making dinner, I’d ask my buddy to help me by spinning the salad. It was an easy chore that Mikey found fun and it made my life easier to have someone else do that part for me. Win, win.

I love how Mikey would put his face down next to the outside of the salad spinner to watch it spin up close…very cute!

She holds a BA in Psychology from Colgate University and a Masters of Psychology in Education from Columbia Teacher’s College.
