Fruit

Fruity fun!

This summer, Mikey kept a sticker page of all the fruit and veggie stickers from the produce he ate…when we remembered. Actually, I’d say we probably did this for about a week and then forgot to follow through. Sometimes I get big ideas and then there is too much going on to keep every ball in the air, but it made him happy while we did it.

"Look at all the fruit I ate this summer! I ate tons of veggies too!" Page covered in fruit and vegetable stickers.
Stickers are so motivating!

We kept it in his journal and it was motivating for him.  He was actually highly obsessed with watermelon for years! He could eat half of a watermelon by himself at one sitting. It was nuts!

Watermelon was a favorite for years!

Now he won’t eat watermelon at all…I think he overdosed on it and now there’s no going back.
