Feeding the Dogs

stylized photos of Mikey putting kibble in a dog bowl and Ruby posing with a packet of wet dog food that we used as a topper. Milkbone stickers added for fun.

I strongly believe that every person deserves to feel useful and helpful. And in a family of six – two grown-ups, two kids and two dogs…there’s a lot of work to be done.

journal entry page 1. 'I fed my dogs their dinner.' photo of Max and Ruby (golden retrievers) waiting, photo of mikey filling their water dishes.

Mikey loved the job of feeding the dogs! Golden retrievers are a very gentle and patient breed, which seems to have been vital because Mikey looks to be dragging this out. LOL

journal entry page 2. Photo of Ruby with the wet packet, caption 'Ruby looks hungry.' Photo of mikey scooping kibble with the caption, "one scoop in each bowl." A photo of each of the dogs eating with a shared caption, "one for Ruby and one for Max."

All’s well that ends well…dogs fed and Mikey’s journal complete.
