Energy

Moth on the outside of a house. Wednesday Wisdom title.
Work toward the good and the positive instead of using your energy to beat yourself up.

So much of our energy goes into doing the best we can for our kids every day.  We try so hard, it seems like energy is a seriously limited resource.  So, I write a lot about not wasting our energy.

Make yourselves strong by living in the moment and connecting with your child.

How do we make ourselves strong? We don’t beat ourselves up over past mistakes. We immerse ourselves in the beautiful moments with our little one.  Enjoy them.  Have fun with them.  Strengthen your bond with them and let go of everything but the now.  Do it often throughout the week and you’ll feel stronger as a parent. You will be stronger.

Use your energy for good, my friends.
