Doggie Bookends

We don’t always give our kids credit for the miraculous way they learn to navigate the world. After a long day at school, Michael grabbed a blanket and cuddled himself right in the middle of his two golden retrievers. Gotta hand it to him. The kid knows a good coping strategy when he sees one.

Mikey was definitely on the right track with this one! I could quote all sorts of research about the benefits of cuddling with pets, but I think I’ll just go cuddle with my dog. Wink!
