Dance in the Rain

close-up, stylized photo of Will puddle jumping

In the past, I have posted about my philosophy on outside play time.  In short, if it’s safe, out we go! Here is the post that introduced that philosophy.

Will puddle jumping in the rain.

As you can see from the other photos I’m sharing today, this has been true since the start of my parenting journey (see Will puddle jumping in the photo above) and continues to be true.

Facebook post saying: some wisdom from mikey. Three photos of Mikey out in the rain walking, smiling and jumping on the trampoline. One photo of the saying: "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain."

Everyone is happier with outside time.  So, don’t wait for the storm to pass. Learn to dance in the rain!
