Caring for your Brain

I saw this post the other day and I thought it would be worthy to share.

Since I’m usually a fan of focusing on the positive, I thought I’d share my brainstorming with you all.
Concrete Ideas
- Get some sunshine, even if it is just at your lunch break.
- Turn off the news and turn on a funny show to make you laugh.
- Reach out to a friend, even if it just sending them a meme that made you think of them.
- Look through old photos of happy memories.
- Cut some veggies to leave in the fridge.
- Wash a few pieces of fruit to have ready for a snack.
- Plan to walk a little bit each hour, even if it means just doing a couple of laps around your house.
- Do 10 squats randomly throughout the day.
- Do the best you can with sleep, but don’t stress if your child doesn’t let you get much – just try your best.
My Saturday Suggestion
Take good care of yourselves, my friends. You take excellent care of everyone else. You deserve the same.
