America 250, Erica 50

My college friends and I are all turning 50 this year! I have been so excited for the 250th Anniversary of our great country and I am loving all the celebrations! When I was young, my mom used to call me her bicentennial baby, and I have a silver charm with my initials on one side and ’76 on the other. This past Christmas, I added a little American flag charm, and I have been wearing both for all of 2026.

You will never hear me complain about getting older…it is massively preferable to the alternative, my friends. I hope I get another 50 years to be around for my boys, but I’ll make the most of each day I am given. I am profoundly thankful to have been born in America in 1976. Freedom is my favorite! LOL.
Happy 50th to all my Colgate ’98 buddies! Love you all!
